Community Guidelines

How we live together on RHYS MARKET: conduct in listings, comments, the Forum and chat; rules for reviews; how we moderate; sanctions and how to appeal.

Version 2026-10-28 · Takes effect on 13 November 2026

Key points

  • Criticism is tolerated; harassment, hate and threats are prohibited.
  • Only the two parties to a completed Escrow can leave reviews. We never remove a review for being negative.
  • Graduated sanctions, always with a reason. AI never imposes sanctions.
  • You can appeal a sanction within 30 days.

1. What they apply to

These guidelines apply to everything you do on RHYS MARKET: listings, Forum searches, comments, chat messages, reviews, your profile and reports. They form part of the Terms and Conditions. What may not be sold or offered is set out in Prohibited Products and Conduct.

2. Respect

  • You may criticise a product, a service or an experience with reasoned arguments.
  • Harassment, personal insults, hate based on any personal characteristic, threats and publishing another person's private data to harm them are prohibited.
  • Do not impersonate another person, a brand or the RHYS team.
  • Do not send spam or unsolicited mass messages.

3. Listings and the Search Forum

  • Forum searches follow the same rules as listings.
  • You may use images created with artificial intelligence in covers, and the logos of the game or network to identify the asset, provided they are not misleading about what is being sold.
  • The rules for selling are in the Seller Policy.

4. Chat

  • You may share other contacts (WhatsApp, Telegram or others). Remember that deals made outside RHYS have no protection.
  • You may send photos of documents or personal data if you need to for a deal, at your own responsibility. Share them only with the appropriate person.
  • Never share your password, your PIN or your verification codes.

When someone shares an external contact or payment details, the chat displays an automatic notice that such deals have no protection.

5. Reviews

  • Only the two parties to a deal with Escrow RHYS that was completed without a dispute may review each other. Each party leaves one review per deal.
  • The person reviewed cannot reply to the review.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on the real experience.
  • A review is only removed if it breaks the rules (for example: it is false, insulting, publishes personal data, is spam or advertising, or is unrelated to the deal), with a recorded reason. We never remove a review for being negative.
  • Buying, selling or exchanging reviews is prohibited. Extortion using a review («I'll give you a bad review unless…») leads to its removal and to the suspension of the account.
  • Low reviews have no consequences on their own: they only inform other users.

When an account has no reviews yet, we do not display a rating of «0»: we display nothing or we display «Nuevo» (New).

You have 30 days from the end of the deal to leave your review, and you may edit it once within the following 7 days.

The rating is the simple average of all reviews received, and is the same across the whole website.

Old reviews from the withdrawn supervision product are not displayed and do not count towards the rating.

If we remove a review, we notify the author and the person reviewed, with the reason.

6. Public reputation information

  • Your profile shows your reviews and your deal statistics: how many you completed, how many have a review and the dates of the first and the last. Never the amounts or who they were with.
  • We may exclude from those statistics simulated deals, deals between accounts of the same person or deals linked to a confirmed fraud.
  • If an account is blocked, its profile says so.

7. Reports and complaints

  • Use «Reportar» (Report) on listings, profiles, reviews and messages. We review every report.
  • Anyone who reports abusively or falsely first receives a warning; if they continue, they are sanctioned.
  • Intellectual property complaints or complaints about stolen accounts go through the Notice and Takedown Procedure.

You can also report Forum searches.

8. How we moderate

  • Moderation is carried out by people on the RHYS team. Artificial intelligence never imposes sanctions: at most, it flags a case for a person to review.
  • RHYS Shield automatically blocks access for anyone who matches the identity of an account that has already been blocked (same document, phone number, Binance or wallet). You can ask for a person to review it.
  • We do not secretly reduce the visibility of an account or a listing: every limitation is notified.
  • When the team confirms a risk, it may display a public label on that account's profile, listings and chat: «Precaución» (Caution), «No recomendado» (Not recommended) or «Fraude confirmado» (Confirmed fraud).

Before applying a public label, we notify the affected person with the reason and they may appeal.

9. Graduated sanctions

MeasureWhen it applies
WarningFirst minor infringement.
Restriction or suspensionRepeated or serious infringements, while the conduct is reviewed or corrected. If you paid for a PRO plan and the sanction is serious, you lose it without a refund.
Permanent blockVery serious infringements or repeat offences. Linked accounts are also blocked.
  • A confirmed scam, selling stolen accounts or recovering an account that has been sold lead to an immediate block. We also apply an immediate measure, without a prior warning, in cases of fraud, multiple accounts, sale of the RHYS account, accounts of minors, review extortion, security risks or orders from an authority.
  • Three confirmed intellectual property infringements within 12 months lead to suspension.
  • Bad faith in a dispute leads to suspension. We do not charge fines.

Each suspension lasts 7, 30 or 90 days (30 by default); the end date is stated in the notice and the suspension is lifted automatically when it arrives. Warnings expire after 12 months.

10. Notices with reasons

  • Every measure is taken with a recorded reason and is communicated to you with that reason.
  • In cases of fraud, security or an order from an authority, we may act without prior notice and notify you afterwards.

Every measure is notified by email and within the website, with the reason, the rule broken and how to appeal. The email reaches you even if your account is suspended.

Warnings are also notified within the website.

11. How to appeal

  • You have 30 days from the notice to appeal a sanction, the removal of a listing or a review, or a public label.
  • The appeal is reviewed by a member of the team other than the person who took the measure, or by the owner.
  • We reply within a maximum of 10 business days.
  • Decisions on Escrow disputes cannot be appealed: they follow the Dispute Policy.

Appeal from «Estado de mi cuenta» (Account status), even if your account is suspended, or reply to the notice email or write to [email protected] with the subject «Apelación» (Appeal). If your account is blocked and you cannot sign in, appeal by email and the team records your appeal.

12. Transparency report

Each year we publish a simple report with the number of listings removed, accounts suspended, appeals and requests from authorities.

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Spanish version prevails, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
