RHYS MARKET · Legal
Notice and Takedown Procedure
How to report content that infringes intellectual property rights or that offers stolen accounts, and how the seller can respond.
Version 2026-10-28 · Takes effect on 13 November 2026
Key points
- Anyone can submit a report, whether or not they have a RHYS MARKET account.
- Report with evidence → review → removal → notice to the seller → right of reply.
- Stolen accounts or accounts taken without permission are removed immediately while the matter is investigated.
- False or abusive reports may have consequences.
1. What this procedure is for
RHYS MARKET is a contact space where users list digital assets and services. We do not review every listing before it appears, but we act quickly when we are notified of unlawful content. This procedure applies to:
- Intellectual property: trademarks, logos, works, images, videos, software, channel names or content used without authorisation.
- Accounts that are stolen, recovered without the permission of the legitimate holder, shared without authorisation or linked to third parties' personal data.
- Impersonation of a person, creator, brand or company.
- Third parties' personal data published without permission.
For other prohibited conduct, use the «Reportar» (Report) button on the listing, profile or message, or the Help Centre. See also Prohibited Products and Conduct.
2. How to submit a report
Send the report to [email protected] with the subject line «Aviso y retirada» (Notice and takedown), with the following details and your evidence attached:
- Your full name and a contact email. If you are acting on behalf of another person or company, proof that you can represent them.
- The exact link to each listing, profile or message reported.
- Which right is infringed or why the account is stolen, with evidence: trademark registration, link to the original work, screenshots of the source platform's dashboard, recovery emails, a police report or a report from the platform.
- A statement that the information is true and that you are acting in good faith.
If the report is incomplete, we may ask you to complete it before acting, unless there is an evident risk.
3. What we do next
| Step | What happens | Indicative time frame |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Review | We check that the report is complete and that the evidence is reasonable. | Up to 15 business days |
| 2. Removal | If appropriate, we remove the listing. For stolen accounts, we remove it immediately as a precautionary measure. | When the review is completed |
| 3. Notice to the seller | We inform them of the removal, the reason and how to respond. We do not share more of the reporter's data than necessary. | Together with the removal |
| 4. Seller's response | The seller may send a counter-notice with their evidence. | 10 business days |
| 5. Final decision | We maintain the removal or allow the seller to list the asset again, with a recorded reason, and inform both parties. | Up to 15 business days from the response |
If there is an open deal with Escrow RHYS involving the reported asset, the funds remain on hold until it is resolved, in accordance with the Dispute Policy.
4. Seller's right of reply (counter-notice)
The seller can respond to [email protected] with: the link to the removed listing, evidence that they own the asset or have permission (invoices, account creation emails, licences, authorisations) and a statement of good faith. We will review both versions and may request further evidence from both parties.
If the dispute over ownership remains unresolved, the listing may remain removed until the parties resolve it between themselves or before the competent authority.
5. Repeat infringements and consequences
- Three confirmed infringements within 12 months lead to suspension of the account, in accordance with the Community Guidelines. A confirmed sale of stolen accounts leads to immediate blocking.
- Anyone who submits false or bad-faith reports, for example to harm a competitor, is sanctioned and is liable for the damage they cause.
- We may keep the report information and provide it to the authorities when the law requires it.
6. Limits
RHYS MARKET is not a judge of rights ownership. Our decisions are limited to what is displayed on the platform and do not replace the actions that the rights holder or the seller may bring before the authorities or the source platform. We do not have a special programme for trademark owners: all reports follow this same procedure.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Spanish version prevails, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
