PRO Plans and Promotions

1. Plans

Values in force on the date of this version. The price that applies is the one shown on the Planes (Plans) page at the time of payment.

• You can pay for PRO for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Payments for 6 months have a 20% discount and payments for 12 months, a 40% discount.
• The 7-day cycles of the included boosts are counted from when the plan is activated.
• There are no public trial periods. The team may give away plans, for example as a courtesy or as compensation.

2. How to pay

• With Binance Pay, by paying into the RHYS receiving Binance account shown on the order and pasting the transaction ID, or with the other methods shown on the payment page.
• You can use your RHYS Credits to pay for all or part of the plan.
• PRO cannot be paid with the Wallet balance.
• The plan is activated when the payment is confirmed and you receive a notice.
• The price shown is the total you pay. The activation notice and your history serve as a record of the payment.

3. Duration and renewal

• Renewal is manual: the plan lasts until its expiry date and is not charged automatically.
• If you buy another period while a plan is in force, it is added to the expiry date.
• On expiry, your account reverts to GRATIS (Free) with its limits.
• There is no early cancellation with a refund: the plan lasts until the end of the period paid for.

We notify you by email and on the website 7 days and 1 day before expiry. On expiry, you keep PRO for 3 days of grace to renew it; after that you move to GRATIS (Free).

4. Changes to prices and benefits

• Price changes are announced 30 days in advance and apply from your next payment.
• If you have an active plan, you keep its benefits until it ends. Changes to benefits are announced in advance and apply from your next payment.

5. Refunds

• Plans are non-refundable, whether for not using them or for not obtaining sales.
• We do refund the amount paid if there was a RHYS failure: a double charge, a plan that was not activated or a technical error that prevented its use.
• If you lose PRO due to a serious sanction, it is not refunded.

6. Promotions and boosts

Values in force on the date of this version; the price that applies is the one shown at the time of payment.

• They are paid with the Wallet balance (with two-step verification), with RHYS Credits or with a combination of both. The boosts included in PRO cost nothing.
• There can only be one active promotion per listing, and the listing must be active.
• They guarantee the featured placement and the duration, not sales, visits or contacts.
• We do not review content before promoting it: the listing must comply with the rules like any other.
• If the listing is removed, paused or sold, the promotion ends without a refund.
• During the promotion you see aggregated metrics in your dashboard: impressions, opens, favourites and contacts.
• When a promotion is activated, we notify the people who saved that listing to their favourites.

Promoted listings always display their label, including in the grid view on mobile phones.

If the platform goes down for more than 1 hour during a promotion, we add the lost time to the promotion. No money is refunded.

7. How the Marketplace is ordered

• By default, listings are ordered by date (newest first). You can also sort by price or by rating, and filter by category.
• In searches, the relevance of what you type counts.
• Paid promotions are interspersed among the results while they are in force, with their label. The order may also take into account the seller's reputation and plan.
• Renewing a listing (free, once every 48 hours) moves it up in the order by date.

To avoid saturating the results, there are at most 2 promoted listings among the first 12 results and a limit on active promotions per category.

8. RHYS Credits

• You earn 1 RHYS Credit (equivalent to 1 USD for paying on RHYS) for each seller you invite with your link when they complete their first sale with Escrow RHYS of at least 20 USDT.
• The credit remains pending for 7 days before it can be used.
• There is a maximum of 30 rewards per month per person, and the programme has a total monthly budget.
• RHYS Credits can only be used to pay for plans and promotions. They are not money or Wallet balance: they cannot be withdrawn, sent or exchanged for money.
• Invitations between accounts of the same person, team accounts and cases of fraud do not generate credits. We may cancel credits obtained by cheating.
• If we change or end the programme, we will announce it on the website.
• This programme is separate from RHYS Partners.
