RHYS Partners Programme Terms

1. What it is and when it applies

• RHYS Partners is the programme through which approved creators earn a commission for the users they invite to RHYS MARKET.
• These terms are accepted separately, when applying to join, and supplement the Terms and Conditions.
• They only apply while the programme is open. If the programme page states that it is not available, applications are not accepted.
• The RHYS Credits programme for inviting sellers is separate and is governed by PRO Plans and Promotions.

When applying to join, you accept the version of these terms published on this page.

2. Who can be a Partner

• People over 18 years of age, with no sanctions on RHYS MARKET.
• At least 1,000 verified followers on a social network, with a public profile and recent activity.
• Approval by the RHYS team. The decision is discretionary, based on these criteria: verified followers, public profile, recent activity, being of legal age and absence of fraud risk.
• If your application is rejected, you may apply again after 30 days.
• Active sellers may be Partners, but they do not earn commission on their own deals.
• For now only individuals are admitted. Companies and agencies may join later, under a separate contract.
• Before the first payout you must have identity verification (KYC) approved.

3. How a referral is attributed

• A user is your referral if they sign up within 30 days of using your link.
• Only new accounts count: an already registered user cannot become a referral.
• A referral belongs to a single Partner, and you can never be your own referral.
• Attribution uses a necessary cookie described in the Cookie Policy.

You can use your link or your Partner code. If the user used links from several Partners, the last one counts.

4. How much is earned

• You earn 20% of what RHYS charges for your referral during the 12 months following their sign-up.
• Counts: the 5% Escrow RHYS commission when your referral is the buyer, their PRO plan payments and their promotions paid with the Wallet.
• Does not count: your referral's sales as a seller, their deposits, withdrawals or transfers, or anything they pay with RHYS Credits or with included boosts.
• The percentage is calculated on the full amount charged by RHYS, without deducting the payment gateway's fee.
• Example: your referral buys with a 100 USDT deal; RHYS charges 5 USDT and you earn 1 USDT.
• There are no minimums per commission, bonuses, tiers or caps. There is only one tier: you do not earn from your referrals' referrals.
• RHYS may agree special commissions with some creators through an individual contract. Those terms are confidential.

5. Validation and payout

You can cancel your payout request while it is under review. In your dashboard you can see your pending, available and paid commissions.

6. Cancellation and recovery of commissions

• The commission is cancelled if the payment that generated it is refunded or reversed (for example, a plan refunded by the provider or a promotion refunded due to a RHYS failure), or if there is a chargeback or fraud.
• If the cancelled commission has already been paid to you, it becomes a debt: it is deducted from your future commissions, and while it exists you cannot request new payouts.
• If your referral closes their account, you lose their future commissions, but those already validated are respected.

We only recover a paid commission if the refund, chargeback or fraud is discovered within 90 days of the payment.

7. What is prohibited

• Referring yourself or using multiple accounts: you lose those commissions; the accounts remain active, unless there is another infringement.
• Spam: mass messages, comments on other people's accounts or posts in groups without permission. You are liable for any damage to the brand it causes.
• Bidding on the «RHYS MARKET» brand in Google Ads or in social media ads.
• Publishing fake RHYS coupons or discounts: RHYS has no coupons or discount codes. Comparison sites are only permitted with the owner's approval.
• These claims: «guaranteed earnings», «zero risk of being banned», «RHYS is officially linked to Free Fire or TikTok», «safe passive income» and any false comparison.
• Promoting automated follower services. You may only promote the permitted genuine marketing services, without promising results.
• Targeting minors or promoting RHYS in spaces intended for them. This is sanctioned.

You may offer your referrals your own incentives (for example, returning part of your commission to them or running giveaways), provided that you fulfil them yourself and do not present them as a RHYS offer.

8. How to state that it is advertising

• Put «#publicidad» (#advertising) or «#colaboración» (#collaboration) at the beginning of the text.
• Use each network's branded content or paid partnership tool where it exists.
• In videos, also say it out loud.
• RHYS does not review or approve your content before it is published: you are responsible for it.

9. Use of the brand

While you are a Partner you may freely use the RHYS MARKET name and logo to promote the platform, in accordance with these terms. You may not present yourself as an employee, partner or representative of RHYS. The permission ends when the relationship ends.

10. Your referrals' data

You only see aggregated figures: clicks, sign-ups, active referrals and commissions. You never see who your referrals are or their personal data or transactions. While you are active, your profile displays the «RHYS Partner» badge.

11. Legal relationship and taxes

• You are an independent contractor: there is no employment relationship, partnership or exclusivity, and you cannot bind RHYS towards third parties.
• You pay the taxes on your commissions. RHYS does not withhold any amounts.

12. Changes and end of the programme

• We give 30 days' notice before changing these terms or closing the programme.
• The referrals you already have continue to generate commission until their 12 months are completed, and what has already been earned is respected.
• Either party may end the relationship with 15 days' notice. RHYS may end it immediately if you breach these terms; in that case you lose the commissions linked to the infringement.
• If you are suspended, you do not earn new commissions and cannot request payouts for the duration of the suspension.
• You cannot delete your account while you have a Partner balance, debts or pending payments.

You can leave the programme from your Partner dashboard. If you leave, if we end the relationship or if the programme is closed, you can continue to request payment of what you have already earned, except anything you lose because of a breach.
